Crazy Cardinals!

Petco has a group of 4 cardinals, i forgot their kind but they are black and white with two points on each fin besides the two side fins. What are they called? are they reef safe?

Emperor Cardinals.
They are becoming quite rare and may well soon be banned for export.
Reef safe and fairly easy to keep. They prefer a draker tank though so lots of overhangs etc. These fish can be cative bred so with the possible ban, any person who can breed em is sitting on a small fortune.

They also prefer a slower moving tank so fast moving fishes might outcompete them for food.


Yes they are reef safe
