HI There I have 10 Crayfish ranging from 1" - 4", need to move these guys, to strip the tank down, these are feeding well on algae Tablets and frozen peas.could do a deal if you wanted all 10, i also have a 8" Crayfish male, that is open to offers

Hi there, no these are the only legal Crayfish that you can have in the UK, they grow up to 12", and look stunning, they shed there shell every few months, if kept in good water conditions

yep mate they are Cherax Quadricarinatus, they are stunning, they look just like lobsters, the 8" one i have has huge claws.

yes, quads are the only legal ones, aka red claws, electric blues etc.

yeah they would need a tank of there own once fully grown, the 8" one, lives with some male guppies, seems to leave them alone, think he's worked out that by the time he catchs one, its not worth the effort!!!

Any Offers, these are great Creatures to watch, and when they shed there Shell, its amazing to see them grow overnight!

Heres a handy website http/www.crayfishworld.com/sexy.htm

but if its big enough you can tell by the claws, if they have bright red stripes on them then its a male, if not then its a female

Yeh, iv looked for the signs of which sex it is, but its showing no signs of being either

And hes to bloomin nippy for me to check underneath!
