I'm suspecting that it is less than 18" so the answer is no, you can't have an angelfish

fish00 thats my other tank i need to do some research on anglefish and dwarf gouramis then i'll get some i alredy know quite a bit

he got them & hasn't cycled & has no knowlege(metaohoricly speaking) about them.

Got the angels? They are goldfish in the tank for one are coldwater, two produce a lot of waste, and three produce ammonia. Which will kill the fish.
