i think thats a common, they get to be around 18 inches so make sure you get him in a nice huge tank when he gets older

mine is growing realy fast!!! how long is he?

18 inches? The shop says they can grow from 12inches up to anything like 24!

If he grows anymore than 20 inches then we will have to buy a new tank.

Definitely a common.
Yes they can get about 24 inches, but that's rare. On average they only get half that size. Mine is 13 inches.
