Could it be ich?

My Betta has white-ish grey blob like spots on his face. Could it be ich? If so, how should I treat it? I know there are ich medicines, but I heard bettas are extra sensitive to medicines. If he does have ich, what are some good brands of ich medicine?

I cant be sure but it sounds more like another type of fungus. Like cotton mouth or something. Any way to get a picture?

Ich will look like tiny grains of salt. Sounds more like a fungus or columnaris. Is it filmy? Is it fuzzy?
