okay so i got some corys ajusted them like your supposed to and then put them in but they swam strait to the bottom and wouldent budge with the light on as soon as i turn the light off they zip around and explore but i want to watch them explore and its kind off hard with the light off lol  as soon as i turn it on they freeze what they are doing and go to the bottom.

Are they light sensitive? :D i mean i have no idea but i find it strange that they will only explore with the lights off and then freeze the moment the lights are turned back on. they are albino corys.

They're catfish, who are for the most part nocturnal. Mine hid during daylight for a while, they seem to learn soon enough that they are in a safe place, and start to come out, especially during feeding time.

You may want to put a small lamp near the tank. When you turn out the tank lights, you can still see them.
