Would you like to expand on that a little? what species of corys and loaches and what specied of cichlid. What size tank.

if they are african cichlids, probablyh niether. Cories and loaches prefer soft acidic water and would not go well in the hard, basic water needed by african cichlids. If you are talking SA cichlids, it depends on tank size and species of loach.
