Acting normally, no other fish seem to have this issue, and it's only in eye.
Injury? I don't think there is any water quality problems

Tank: 110L
Occupants: Corydoras (14), Tetra (21), Small Ancistrus (2)
Water: Temp 75, pH 7.4, KH 4, GH 6, Ammonia Nil, Nitrite Nil, Nitrate 10 - no readings of Ammonia/Nitrite historically
Water changes: 70% 3 days ago, 50% 10 days ago

Physical injury. Do big daily water changes and gravel cleans to keep the tank is spotless condition to help the fish heal.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

If the eye gets white and fluffy or goes more red, post pictures asap. The white fluffy is fungus and red around the eye could be a bacterial infection. It doesn't have a bacterial infection now, but if the area around the eye goes red, that could be bacterial.

At this stage, keep the tank clean and feed the fish more food and hope it recovers.

You should see if there are any sharp objects in the tank or anything that might have damaged or sucked on the eyeball.

I think his eye might be a little less red @Colin_T certainly no worse and he is acting normal

Yeah it's looking better already. Just keep everything clean an hopefully it heals.
