I have a group of 6 corydoras metae in a planted 33 gal and I'm considering redoing the tank. It's been running for over 3 1/2 years now and needs a change. I currently have a sand over soil/peat substrate and I'm considering a change to Flourite or Eco-complete. Is this a good option for my corys? I know they prefer sand.

ADA Aquasoil was recommended to me. I'm going to see if it's available here, it may be another option. Anyone have experience with this substrate and corydoras?

Anyone? I expected a ton of responses to this. Proper substrates for corydoras always seems to get a lot of input.

After (literally) a couple of hours sifting through google searches on Corydoras and Flourite, ADA Aquasoil & Eco-Complete I have decided to go for it. I'm still undecided on which substrate to choose. It's a one hour trip to a good LFS, so I'll be making the trip in the next week or so to have a look at the options first hand and then make my choice.
