Has anyone had these, are they named after the mineral sodalite and have a true blue tinge to them? Only seen online pictures and seen on online shop and the picture they show seems unreal..Google imagery there are mixed images and cant really tell. Like the look of these too but wanted to see if anyone had had them?

They're fab looking cories, are they similar to the network cory?,they show these in my fish book, they certainly are striking,i bet Frank has had these :)

I have 10 of these Corys. They are really beautiful fish and extremely seclusive. I rarely see them because I keep them in a heavey planted 40 gal tank. It is hard to get pics of them because they are also more noturnal. rugar

Yes. I have these. Nice fish, but I have never set them up for spawning. - Frank

Wow Frank, thanks very much for the pictures, they vary so much between the individuals and lighting, absolutely gorgeous, really love that blue hue, hmmmm think will be getting some of these fairly soon, thank you again very much

I have a trio of these gorgeous cory's & I love them to bits, I wouldnt say they have a 'blue' colour to them, but I think lighting can make a big difference in that. Mine have more of a silvery metallic tinge to the colour.

They are big chunky cory's, with huge puppy dog eyes. Mine are definately nocturnal, they will come out to feed in the day, but then they rest in their little cave until evening.
