I had a group of 4 cory elegans in a community tank. I was happy to turn my light on to find eggs on the glass. I was so pleased as this is the first time they have spawned. I had a clutch of about 20 eggs. The only ones that I could get before the other fish had a tasty snack. I since then seperated them and and y/day they hatched. Now I have microworms as Im currently breeding bettas so food isn't an issue but im unsure on what temp the fry need to be at. Can anyone give me some advice?

Ive now got 7 adults as for the first time in ages I saw some the other day and couldnt resist adding to the adult group.

TIA, James

congrats on your corys spawning, ideally temperture for the fry would be good around 22/23 degrees :good:

Hi jameshughes1989 :)

Congratulations on the spawning. I'd keep the eggs and fry at between 71-75 F. :)

Thanks for getting back to me, its the first time theyve spawned so hopefully there will be a few more in the future. Thanks, I think they might have been a bit warm atm.

James
