I have 2 Corydoras Aeneus which I have had for just over a year in a small tank Ive recently moved them to a larger tank and I now have a about 200 eggs plastered over the glass. I have never seen this before so its new to me.

Is there anything special I have to do? should I leave them there?

Hi Raidmeuk :)

Congratulations! Your corys are healthy and seem to be pleased with their new surroundings.

Yes, if you want to save the eggs/fry from being eaten you will need to move them to a separate tank or container. This can be done by gently rolling them off the glass with your finger and sticking them to the side of wherever you are putting them. Since they will then need to have good water circulation around them to prevent fungus from ruining them, add an airstone powered by a small air pump. They will hatch in about 3-4 days.

There's a lot more too it than that, so please post back and we will guide you through raising them. If they have been eaten, don't be disappointed because, now that they have started, they are apt to do it again before too much longer.

Well I went out and got a fry net moved as many egg as I could and guess what I now have about 100 ish baby fish cool eh !!

I popped to Maidenhead Aquatics and got some fry food they also said that if i could get them to a sellable size they would take them and give me credit.
