I am getting either panda or salt and pepper Cory's and I want to know if these are ok tank mates
6 platy
5 honey gourami
2 apistogramma cacatuiode
6 five banded barbs.

They would be kept in a sand bottom 110 litre fish tank from Tom

would say that if you do it that way it'll be over stocked.

panda cories are very finicky and need around a 3+ month tank, after it is fully cycled.
cories need to be kept in a group of 6

honey gourami get around 2-3 inches, and i would only get 1 or 2, they don't need to be in groups.

the apistogramma casatuiode i don't know anything about, but heard they might be aggressive, so someone who knows more about them will help you out about them.

the five banded barbs get 3.5 inches. would say they would be too big for your tank, would recommend a smaller tetra.

Ok thank you very much and I have read that the 5 banded barbs only get to 2 inches max and my apistogrammas are the shyest fish in the tank and don't bother anyone. Also would you say it's really overstocked or only just overstocked as the tank has been set up for a few years now from Tom.

Cacatuoides and Corys is certainly a problem. Especially Cacas and Panda's have been proven to be a bad combination (I've read several threads about Cacas killing Pandas).
Habrosus being more shy and sensitive I wouldn't advise also (Though I never read about problems likewise)
