Cory`s And Plecs

Hi,

Thinking of getting 5 or 6 Cory`s, not sure what type yet, but will they be ok with a Bristlenose an a Clown Plec in the tank as well. Also have a small Blue Acara (3") whom is very placid.

What Cory`s would be best suited.

30g Tank, sand substrate.

Just took a quick trip to the Lfs near work to see what was available and he has got Sterbai Cory`s for £14:00 each , don`t know much about Cory`s but isn`t that a bit steep?

He also has what is described as "assorted Cory`s" for £2:30 each, looks like Bronze and Peppered.

What is the difference between the two to justify such a price difference?

Sterbai, Adolfi's and a lot of others command a larger price tag. and unfortunatly they are the ones my wife likes!

Pandas are another common one that are normally priced somewhere in the middle.

Corys will be fine with plecs - we have a few different types of corys mixed with a few different types of plec.
