Cory Looks Poorly!?

iv got about 15 cory sterbai and 1 or 2 of them have like excessive slime or some kind of fungus.
one has like a fluffy growth

is it just a fungus infection?

iv got 5 plecs, 2 angelfish and 8 discus all look ok

i do 50% WC twice a week

How big is tank.. how mature...any info will help
