earthworms? My husband is a fishing guide and often has worms left over from a trip. Would my cories like them?

As above - I would avoid anything that isn't 'aquarium safe'. You just never know if there is anything in them that could be detrimental to the fish. Not worth the risk in my book,.

Pesticides?? I hardly think so. These are nightcrawlers that are harvested from the ground.

Beyond that consideration, would you think they'd like them?

Yes, nightcrawlers are good food for your corys. This information comes from Ian Fuller who talked about them at a catfish convention I attended several years ago.

To prepare them, just wash them well and cut them up into bite sized bits with a sharp knife or razor blade. You might find this easier to do if you freeze the worms first. :)

Thank you so much! Ian too!

I have to agree that Cory's do love earthworms, If they where small enough I had a huge albino that scoffed whole worms, if the worms are too big then as Inchworm said cut them up into managble sizes.
