Hi,
:S
Can anyone help with advice on what food Corys like best? I would like to make sure that I feed mine properly! At the moment they seem to like TetraPrima (small granules which sink) but ignore the TetraTabimin (tablets which say they are ideal for all bottom-feeding fish - they even have a piccie of a Cory on the front!)

Cheers,

Gra

If they don't eat, I have two suggestions.

Algae tablets, which the other fish can't break apart and which corydoras slowly eat over the entire night.

Shrimp pellets, which all of the fish try to eat greedily, but break apart and spit out (I'm guessing that they have to get the pieces really small to eat them).

Hi gra72 :)

Corys need a diet that has a lot of meaty foods in it, but also vegetable matter such as algae wafers. They usually love worms, either live, frozen or freeze dried.

They are seldom picky eaters.

I feed my corys mainly on catfish pellets and algae wafers, but I also feed them bloodworm, tuna, smoked salmon (which they love!), haddock and cod.
Haven't found anything yet that they didn't like.
