Hi I have some cichlid food(those circular pellet around 0.5mm in diameter) and it always disapear after i put it in their tank.I do not no if the cories are the one who is eating it or is it my apple snail..Are they eating eat?

maybe both - my corries chow down on any scraps of discus food they can get their barbles around and so do my snails, i know its not the same food type but kinda suggests both are happy eating food not meant for them by the manufacturers

Hi raeburter :)

Yes, they might well be eating it, if it gets to the bottom of the tank. This should be fine as long as they are getting proper nutrition overall.

I'm not sure what the ingredients are in your cichlid food, but you might want to compare them with a good brand of flake food. Since corys need a diet which includes some meaty food and some kind of algae, the cichlid pellets might not be a complete diet for them. :D
