Correct Params

I was trying to look for the correct levels that things need to be at in the tank but most either conflict each other or are averages. Can anyone tell me what levels I need for things.

PH 8.3?
SG 1.025
Temp 25-28 degree
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate less than 10
KH 8-10
Phosphate 0
Calcium 350-450
Magnesium 1250-1350

Are these right or are they too high etc?
Any corrections just so I know what the right levels are would be great!

They're bang on although personally i'd like to see ph at 8.1, kh at 8, temp at 26, nitrate at 0 & cal above 400 but i'm just being piccy!.........lol
