Cornflower Blue or Steel Blue???

Can someone show or TELL me the difference between steel blue and cornflower blue? I saw two pics of each but they looked the same and now i dont know what my poor Dante is cuz all this time i thot he was a steel blue betta but i could be wrong!

well this is a steel blue betta, its a very dark pale blu, almost grey

and this as a cornflower blue betta, its a much lighter shade than steel and almost white

both are awsome betta colors my new betta has a lil steel blu in him too, id have to c a pic of the betta to tell u but i think u can do that urself

Wow thanks dude! I dont have ANY pics of my bettas.. i wish i did tho so ill try to get some up soon... Now i think i have an idea of what color he is and thats steel blue... He turned it bit pale since yesterday cuz he's getting tired and exhausted from picking up fallen baby bettas but i really think that he's a steel blue.. poor thing.. ill take him out tomorrow..

O0o0o0o0o00o0o0o0 btw... i bred him with a turquiose/beige(mostly turquoise tho) female who has royal blue fins with a tiny bit of red.. what will the babies look like??? cuz i dont really wanna end up with any chocolates..

im not a breeding expert but im pretty sure u wont get chocolates, i think most of the babys will take the pattern desighn of the male along wit his body color but i think the fin color will end up turqoise

Well a cross of a Steel to a Turquoise will give you 100% Royal Blues...but since you say she isn't completely Turquoise then that kind of throws a wrench into it, Lol. I imagine you will still get some if not all Royals though. And if she has some red, then they'll most likely also have bits of red.
