I am going to get a aquapod 24 with the compact florscent lighting it is 2x32 watt bulbs
i was woundering what kind of corals i could keep with these lights. I really want a frogspawn as like a center peice and i was woundering if i where to set it up near the top of the rocks if it would do fine.
thanx for your help

Prolly be just fine conditions for a frogspawn. Just remember, they're aggressive corals and will sting things nearby them

ok i will but would it be nessicary for it be at the top? If i wanted other corals would i put it in the tank let it settle then put corals out of reach?

In water that shallow, depth wouldnt matter much, just keep it far enough away so that swaying tentacles dont touch other corals.

I have a brown hammer in my nano - 2x36w 50/50 PCs, its about a third of the way up the tank and has been opening up nicely every day. It was quite low down in the LFS tank and didn't want to put it right under our lights, so a frogspawn should be fine in your tank, its the same family (Euphyllia) as the hammer. :good:
