i belive this is called jura coral stone, this stuff is sold at around £2.93 - £5.00 per kg! so £3.00 a large peice around the size of a football is good value IMO. small peices can go free!
can be used in any aquaria cold,tropical,marine and looks amazing! the benefits is this stuff is good for fry to hid in, caves for cichlids,plecs, and breeding cover. some has algea on them but with a good clean should be ok or a good source of food for your plec or loaches. will swap all fo a good decent powerhead min 800lph.
