When i bought it, it was a bit sad. It was getting clobbered by the displays circulation:

This was $6.00 at the LFS. They had given up hope cause it was covered in hairalgae. I bought it and my hermits ate the algae! YAY

Was reading your thread on RTAW and I thought "I must ask miagi how his bargain "dead" coral was doing". Looks like you've been treating them well , both corals show enormous improvements!

It's taken about a year to get it spreading

I've fragged these before but this way works better as the little ones form naturally so no chance of die-off or toxin release.

My other Sacro (a short tentacled) has recently split as well so there should be a few frags off that too
