Does anyone know if coppersafe will kill cleaner shrimp, the box states that only invertebrates without an exoskeleton need be removed. I found a hermit live and well in the tank today and was thinking about trying a cleaner shrimp.
A trigger will, in my experience, eat any invert it can catch.RamJet said:Ah, on second thought dont get a shrimp. Even a Cleaner goby will be dinner the exact second it hits the water with a trigger cruising around. You need a larger cleaning fish. I would look into a wrasse, or even some angles have been known to clean.
That is so cool!! I'd love to see a picture of that! I'm thinking about getting a pistol shrimp to see it interact with my watchman goby. I didn't know about cleaner shrimp and tangs thoughRamJet said:Holly crap, the shrimp is riding the tangs and they are fighting over who gets him, I hope he doesn't mind a little overtime.
