Copepods?

Not sure if i've spelt that right.

Over the weekend I noticed lots of little white mite looking things on some LR, today there are hundreds of the little things, on the LR, all over the glass, are these good? I'm hoping they are a sign of a healthy tank?? But wondering if there are too many??

yeah copepods and probably many other little animals as well. All good things, the more the merrier.

As you're tank is still new you'll get an explosion of these creatures as they feast on teh excess nutrients/algae etc.. The population will come down in time as your tank matures.

dude they are sooo tiny yf. To get the best shot I think we'd need one of those microscopes with a picture taking ability.
