Coolie/khuli Loaches - Pregnant?

OK so i have 4 coolies in my tank, two are adult and two are younger. one of the adults has a dark green belly which i suspect means it is full of eggs

i love these loaches so wouldn't mind trying to help her out - does this mean she is pregnant with eggs, and if so, what can i do?

When female khuli loaches mature they often become laden with eggs however unless you create the right conditions in the tank to encourage them to spawn then it is unlikely anything will come of it- either way though, there's nothing wrong with female khuli loaches holding eggs and not spawning, it won't harm their health or anything.
Khuli loaches are challenging fish to breed but it can be done if you are dedicated enough and create the right breeding conditions for them and have a little luck on your side. This article may be of some interest to you;
