I went to the LPS earlier to get some more crabs (They didnt have much, so I just got one) and I got a bunch of empty shells as well.

As soon as I put the shells in, my old crab immediatly went to them and started to pick one out. Finally he selected one and played with it for like a minute before jumping shells. B) Dont mind me, I've never witnessed a crab changing shells as soon as I put the shells in and so quickly! I guess he needed a shell upgrade, lol. There's plenty more if he decides to be picky.

Oh, I got a Porclain Amenone Crab today too, they're cool

EDIT: 2 minutes later, the crab went back to its old shell.. well, there's 11 others in there he can choose from.

Mine do that, but one in particular does it all the time, ive loads of spares on the substrate for them, but this one likes my snails, ive never seen him kill one, but ive seen him try and prize them off the rock, so he get a new shell, but ALWAYS goes back to his original, perhaps he likes alot of holiday homes!
