Hi everyone I have 3 con's in my tank and 2 of them have got to gether now I have a lot of little fry.
Im afraid that the 2 are going to kill the other one over the fry but I dont know if I can move the fry away from their pearents or not. The fry are about a week or 2 old so how long should I wait until I move them or will my onther convict be ok living with them through this ?

Well ace If u say there two weeks they must be swimming free now, Ur parents are going to kill the other convict because they will protect there fry no matter what, I think u should take the other convict out, As for the fry If u want them let them live if u dont feed them to ur fish, But I will move the fry since, The parent should be preparing for another batch. :)

Would it not be easier to move the other con rather than the fry, and then let the parents look after them for longer? This would also give you more time until they breed again, whereas if you took the fry away they would breed pretty quickly. If you are debating what to do now, imagine what it will be like when you have another batch in a couple of weeks!!
