Converting Marine To Tropical

Thanks for all the advice this is a great place to get all fish-related information from!

When we get our new tank ready and it seems quite safe for some of our community to be transferred, we're definitely going to get more corys and as for larger shoals making for more confident fish, I forgot to mention we have 10 danios as well as they definitely strut about like they own the tank! Well, Zoidberg (our parrot) makes sure they remember who the real lord of the tank is! He certainly is the character in there

I'm pleased to say the community seems quite content at the moment

Hi again,

It's been a couple of days with all the water in, gravel, filter on with new sponges, new hood.... But there is an odd dusty residue on the surface of the water. It doesn't seem to shift after having tap safe put in. Any ideas what it can be?

We can't fish it off with the net either
