constipated gourami?

my gourami hasn’t been eating for a while. i’ve tried fasting her because of constipation. nothing has working. now she has this massive lump where you can see poop coming out. i have no idea what to do? is there some way i can make her poop?

What type of gourami is this? Can you tell us more about the tank? How are your parameters? Do you have a test kit?
Ammonia levels?
nitrite?
nitrate?
pH?
GH?
KH?
Has anything or any new fish been added? Did you change your the chlorinator your filter cartridges did you stop adding beneficial bacteria? Did you add new food? What kind of food do you feed her?

i ran out of tests a week or so ago but all the levels have been fine. she’s a dwarf gourami. there has been no changes with her environment, she has no other tank mates, and she’s been eating the same food for the past 2 years. she stopped eating about a month ago, and would always sit in the same spot. she’s clearly constipated because i can see it trying to come out of her. is there any way i can assist her on pooping or something?
