Considering Making A Hood - Need Info About Juwel Flaps

Hey all. I've just bought an Arcadio I-Bar and I was expecting to fit it to my current hood.

Anyway, long story short - it didn't fit

The I-Bar does however accomodate Juwel hood flaps. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what size the hood flaps are for the range of juwel rio tanks? I don't seem to be able to find dimensions anywhere.

My tank is 80cm x 30cm (roughly).

Any ideas?

Any suggestions on how to design the hood?

I have a Rio 125 ill check the size for you tonight when I get in about 8:00pm.

This details the size for all the juwel rio hoods. this includes the side pannels that are about 4mm larger at each end that the actual light unit and flaps.

the rio 125 flaps are 79cm long and 13.5cm wide
