Congo Tetras

We noticed a dark under belly on one of our female congo yesterday. Woke up this morning and the males were competing to mate.

Finally we witnessed an explosion of eggs, which soon gobbled by our harlequins

Its a nice sign though because we only moved them into their new tank on tuesday night.

Congo tetras are full with character and but too bad they don't look after their eggs like cichlids do!!
