Would it be OK to use concrete to make caves et in a brackish aquarium. i know if you use it in ponds it can increase the PH but this would not be such a problem in a brackish setup.

I wouldnt advise using raw untreated concrete in any aquatic enviroment as the chemicals present in the cement may affect more than just the pH.

How about if it was sealed withe stuff they use on ponds?

This is talking about producing rock for a reef tank but I dont see why it couldnt be used in your tank.
