What do you all think?

4 longfin danios are inside already. and its gonna be a cichlid tank.. i'd much rather have gone with real plants.. i think fake ones look semi cheesy, but I think when you get african cichlids your choices become very limited with live plants.
Also since they like to dig a lot. the small plants on the log itself make it look alright, and i don't have to worry about floating plants everyday.

Make sure you have a home for those danios...... Cichlids will eat them.... :X

Someone knows from experience....

Heh, yea, I have another home for the danios.

You know what would look really cool? One of those bonzai trees from petco. The "leaves" of the tree match the "leaves" on your wood ornaments. They do float but if you poke a hole in the bottom for water to get in they are very heavy and I don't think your cichlids would be able to move them.
They come in two sizes too.

That's a great looking piece of wood... is it real wood? That's going to look real nice when you finish stocking it!

Hey.. naw the wood is fake.. other than some of the flowers on it. it does actually look pretty real, even close up..
