:teacher: okay so now i have a 10 gallon tank with a bronze cory, 2 platties, i painted skirt tetra and i'm gonna trade my red tail shark to my lfs. i am thinking about adding fishes to my tank :zz or is it too crowed already? :X

Chose 1 Choices u think it's best for my tank.....

1. should i add 2 rams? or 2 tiger barbs? or r they too agressive for my tank. -_-

2. 3 male guppies. ;)

3. 2 albino corys (to school with my bronze cory). :hyper:

4. 2 guppies and 2 albino cory. :D

5. albino cory, 1 peppered cory and 2 male guppies. :p

6. 2 rams and 2 guppies :/

7. 2 rams and 2 albino cory :shifty:

8. 2 tiger barbs and 2 guppies

9. 2 tigerbarbs and 2 albino cory :look:

10. 2 more platties

11. no more fish cause it's already too crowded. :-(

12. none of the above ( u pick the fish in my tank)

I would like colorful fish but no more painted fish! :S

well hmm i wouldnt have thaught the barbs would be a good idea but it depends on if you get passive ones one ram would be ok but two might be pushing it

2. 3 male guppies. ;)

guppys are slow swimmers and are not terratorial i dont know that there is much of a bio load issue water change or a good good filter and there will be no problem with as much as 4 i thinktho i would sugest perhaps 1 male and a couple of females

3. 2 albino corys (to school with my bronze cory). :hyper:
im not shure i personally would go for another bronze perhaps if you made a pair but corris like to swim together so if thats the kind of thing you want

6. 2 rams and 2 guppies :/
no i mean this in a good way i dont think it would be wise i can allmost hear the back of your brain sying something about another tank but someone wont let you they say im mad here... oh thats cause i am

7. 2 rams and 2 albino cory :shifty:
beleive it or not i think you might be able to get one ram and one albino corry but your kinda pushing the bouderys with a 10 gal tank

10. 2 more platties
well its not such a silly idea they love to be in big groups

11. no more fish cause it's already too crowded. :-(
well there are those who would say this its up to you your current fish would thank you for not adding more but you seem sencible enough that you are picking small fish for your tank and im shure others will comment on whats right and wrong for your tank so i will hand over to them.

edit : changed one thing nothing about the details just i was quoting things twice

I say 2 Bronze Corys and 3 more tetra's. Sorry if they are not any of the above but Corys need more of their species to feel more at home and will play around more in your tank. Also with your Tetra's. ;)

Graeme.

i have decided that i will not add any rams or tiger barb so cross out 1, 6, 7, 8, 9

Edit: no thing special just forgot to type "out" after cross

i personnaly like choice number 4 because i can have albino cories and guppies, i want only male guppies because i don't want thenm to breed, btw is the "Big Al" a good place to buy fish?

Just remember that you only have room enough for about three more inches of fish if you go by the 1 in. per 1 gallon rule. I would say 2 corys and maybe another small guy....what about a cherry barb...is that what they're called?? :book:

What's the point? Your not going to keep your fish happy by keeping lone speices. They well die on you! Understand they NEED their own kind!!

Leaving!!

what graeme means is that if you keep diff. types of corys they will be unhappy still. They need their own kind. like 3 bronze corys instead of 2 albinos and 1 bronze cory. Or 3 albinos

okay so i will buy 2 more bronze cory and mayby 3 guppies? will my tank be overcrowed if i brought the 3 guppies?
