ive juyst seen some fish i badly want but im not sure how it would sit with my current stock . id l;ike to add some f1 cynotilapia afra white top likoma

current stock 4x pseudotropheus elongatus mpanga 4x cynotilapia afra jalo reef and 6 yellow labs . my main concern is wether or not having 2 variants of afra in the same tank is a good idea or not

They`re nice Mark but I personally would say not to add them because of the Jalo`s you already have. I might be wrong but it doesn`t seem like a good idea to me

i did think it would be the case , thought another blue barred species may be a bit dodgy . i just saw the pic on ac and thought WOW i want i want!!!!

im deffo going to add some more fish in a week or 2 tho just gotta decide what

They`re nice, a guy local to me has some yellow tail acei and some of those white top afras. I`ve been debating whether to add to my tank or not but I really want to get the Jalos so as painful as it is, I`m just going to try and hang out for the Jalos once we`ve moved and got settled :-(

Have you considered the neon spots or socolofi?

socolofi are 1 of the fish i have got planned for the tank , altho im only adding .1 species at the moment so its a case of what the fairly local breeders have as i cant really justify £22 postage for 4 or 5 fish

those white top likomas ar really nice but i couldnt swap my jalo reefs for them . especially now they are just beginning to colour . at the mo they are a lovely purpleish colour with the yellow dorsal fin and every now and thenm the barring shows
