Can I keep 2 Apistogramma with like 6-8 endlers and some shrimp in a 20 gallon long?

Not sure about the shrimp as they may be expensive snacks for the apistos. Check on the water parameters for the endlers, the apistos like 2-15 dkh vs 12-25 dH for the endlers.

As @Boundava mentioned, Apistogramma and Endlers have different water requirements.

Apistogramma requires soft water whereas Endlers require hard water.
Apistogramma will definitely hunt down your shrimplets.

However, Apistogramma Cacatuoides are more tolerant of wider range of water hardness.
