Can I keep albino bristlenose plecos with african clawed frogs?

If the tank is big enough and the fish are too big to be eaten, then yes. However, bristlenose are messy fish that produce a lot of waste and that can cause water quality and disease issues. Frogs cannot tolerate most fish medications so if the fish gets sick, the frogs will usually die.

Frogs are best kept in their own tanks to reduce the risk of fish diseases affecting them.
