Hi, im new to the invertabrate section so if there has been posts about this before i apologize.
I have a 30 gallon medium-heavy planted tank with 5 brilliant rasbora, 7 Tigerbarbs, 1 german blue ram and a rainbow shark. My question is about Amano shrimp. I have a bit of an algae breakout on some anubias plants and wanted to get some algae eaters. Im kinda pushing the stocking limits as it is so i cant get anything thats going to grow too big. Amano shrimp would be the way to go so, How do you think the ram and rainbow shark (4 1/2 inches) will get along with the shrimp? I know rams eat snails, but not sure about shrimp though. Anyone have any previous experience with the two in the same tank? Or just know off hand wether its a good idea or not. I can't seem to find any good information googling so i thought i'd ask you guys. So what do ya' think?
