Hello all,
I've just started looking into the Bichir as a very interesting fish and one that I might consider purchasing (If i could find one around here )
I am planning on purchasing a Black Ghost to go into my new tank and was wondering if I would have any compatability problems with a Bichir if i decided to go that route. And for that matter the rest of the tank i am planning looks like this:
Red tailed shark
4-6 Clown Loaches
Would the bichir be a problem for any of them? Any additional information you can provide on a bichir to persaude or dissaude me from buying one would be helpful as well.
Thanks in advance!
Zen
P.P.S. Also, most of the fish i had listed tend to like to hide and be active at night. In the interest of not having the tank seem boring to the casual observer can anyone suggest a viable option for another more active species that could give the tank a little life during the day? I had orignally thought Bala Sharks but upon further examination dont seem to really be what im looking for. Thanks again!
