Or rather, any that fit with clown & chain loach?

It's a 150ltr.....small I know but the clowns will soon be moving on when they become too large to a much bigger home I have lined up for them.

3 Chain loach & 4 Oto's

ok chain loach and otos are pretty small and could become food. what about some killifish? Or a small eel like a half banded might be ok - with plenty of hiding places. Maybe a more unusual type of dwarf cichlid?

hi, well with small oto's you have problems keeping predator's with these small fish

I was hoping that someone would suggest a puffer of some form

Dwarf puffers ignore otos, but I can't recommend putting them with chain loach, since I have never heard of anyone who has done that. My guess is chain loach are too active to get nipped by dwarf puffers, but I wouldn't house them together regardless.
