Common Pleco & Yoyo Loaches

I have a common pleco which is about 15cm long and I'm looking to transfer him into a larger tank with other community fish but specifically 2 yoyo loaches that are about 7cm long. Are they compatable?
The new tank is 220 litres and sand based.

im wonding if the 220 lt tank will be big enough, yoyo loaches are better off in groups of at least three but six is better, im not sure that new tank is big enough, see what others think, it might be alright as a temp measure. di

I think at least 3 YoYo's as one is usually dominant, so if you only have 2, one will constant be harrassed, a third will help spread the "bothering". However I think a 300litre would be more suitable for this and the plec
