Common plec

Not sure what to treat this with. The blisters look as though they contain clear fluid. Just one one his side fin filled with red fluid. Water parameters fine and I do twice weekly water changes. He is eating his wafers and seems fine. Any ideas please?

Regular water changes are all I do for my common plecs, who scuffle once in a while & get torn up fins. The melafix can't hurt. Sounds to me like your plec likes to hide too close to the heater. If there is a way to block the heater I would do so, as well as provide a substitute place for him to hide.
