Common Plec For Rehoming

I have a common plec that i need to rehome He's around 4-5" at present great algae eater never had any problems with him or algae since i had him .The main problem is that i've changed over to sand and every morning when i come down most of my plants are floating on the surface and i have huge holes in the sand .I knew i would have to rehome him as my tank is not big enough but to rehome him now seems fairer rather than the possibility of stunting him

Here's a picture of him around 2months ago can get more recent ones if required
