I was just outside cleaning out the pond so the fish can be moved into it. I took out all the water because there were a lot of leaves and other things in there. I put some aquatic compost for substrate and covered it with gravel. While i was filling it up i found a little frog sunbathing on the hose. I have him in a plastic bin right now, as the water is looking murky. I want to put him back in when it settles down, but will he be ok with the fish when i put them in. I have two small gost carp, about 2-3 inches, 3 shubunkin 2-3 inches, i lemon goldifish 4inches and a golden orfe 3inches. the frog is about 1-2 inches, and i looked him up in a book i have and he looks like a common/grass frog. Does anyone have any ideas if they could live together in the pond, because i know the fish will eat the frogspawn, buti am not sure wat they will do to the frog.

He should be fine. Its actually illegal to keep any of our native amphibians in captivity btw. Your fish wont eat frogspawn because of the jelly but will eat the emerging tadpoles.
