How long do these chaps take to reach full size - 2.5 inches?

If I get some - I will be getting between 12 and 18 at about 1 inch long. They will go in my 320 litre tank with possible between 6 or 10 Buenos Aires Tetra's & a Rubbernose Plec.

Anybody with any experience of keeping them please give your views..

i have 5 in my 90 litre tank. there very active fish and they are very peaceful towards the tankmates.
