I have a blue female guppy
but if you look at her from another angle shes white is that normal?

what angle? When seen from below most fish are pale, the source of the term "fish belly". Most guppy females are dark on the top and pale on the bottom, kind of dull looking.

As guppymonkey said, it could just be the belly of the guppy that's pale. Usually, my female guppies are somewhat....translucent except for the belly area....the belly area is usually a pearly white...

...and the light might just be hitting your guppy the wrong way?

Yeh i think it was the light.
I am a beginner in breeding guppies
and shes been pregnant for 3 1/2 weeks.
Is that normal?

Yes that's normal, give her about a week to a week in half. I learned if you have the tempterature low she'll keep her babies inside for about 1-2 more weeks... And they were right...

I hope it really was the lighting....and i think it is normal for her to be prego for 3.5 weeks...because i think they can be prego for....i think....anywhere between 4-6 weeks before giving birth to fry...
