Good question. It sticks around, actually. So if you know how much water you take out, you can just dose an equal amount on the way back in. For example, if you take out two gallons of old water, you would put in 2 new gallons + 2 drops of 1100ppm silver. Make sense?ladyhawke said:Wow! That is easy! Does the silver eventually leave the water itself or does it hang around only to be diluted by water changes? I am just wondering how often to dose a filtered tank. Going off to do the first doses now...
