Coldwater Hillstream Loach?

i have just been to my pet store to get dog food (was not going to look at fish as they are all coldwater and of no interest to me but i saw hill stream loaches i thought they were tropical fish is it ok that they are being sold as a good addition to goldfish bowls?

sorry didnt know where to post this have never come across them before

There temperate, actually do best in cooler temps of 20-22 degrees
