Cold Cathode

Hiya,
Basically I followed the DIY instructions on the cold cathode thread. Was working fine (Had it on 12V). But for some reason it just blew. Cracked my cold cathodes and broke the adapter.

two questions
are there any other cheapish moonlight kits?
is there any way to fix the adapter?

CCL's are bought from computer shops for 2 quid or so, then flogged on egay for loads because they have the word "fish" added !!!!

The adaptors are nothing special either - a lot of pound shops carry them.... failing that you can buy a "real" one from the likes of "Maplin"
